Sleep support by age and stage

Feeding challenges are common—but with the right care, most of them are manageable. You’re not doing anything wrong. You just need someone to help you sort through the noise.

1 to 5 years

From crib-to-bed transitions to bedtime resistance, this stage brings big emotions and changing routines. We’ll troubleshoot what’s not working and create a sleep plan that feels doable—even with a strong-willed little one.

4 to 12 months

This is a common time for sleep concerns—frequent night waking, short naps, early mornings, or high parent exhaustion. Together, we’ll create a plan that reflects your baby’s needs and your family’s preferences.

Prenatal to 3 months

This stage is about setting realistic expectations and gently supporting sleep without rushing routines. Perfect for parents who want to understand newborn sleep before or shortly after baby arrives.
